Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a service through the Massages On Wheels website or any associated booking platform, you (the "Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("T&C"). These T&C constitute a legal agreement between you and Sandra Navarro, the sole proprietor and licensed massage therapist operating under the trade name "Massages On Wheels" (hereinafter "the Therapist" or "Service Provider").

2. Booking & Communication Process

  • Step 1 - Booking: Services are requested and secured via the official Massages On Wheels website. This initiates the booking process.

  • Step 2 - Coordination: Following the online booking, Sandra Navarro will contact the Client via WhatsApp (or another agreed-upon method) to finalize appointment details, including exact time, specific address within the serviceable area of Miami-Dade County, and preferred payment method. All details must be confirmed by both parties via text.

  • Sandra Navarro reserves the right to cancel a booking if clear communication cannot be established or if the final location is outside her serviceable area.

3. Payments & Fees

  • The service price is as quoted on the Massages On Wheels website. Final payment is made directly to Sandra Navarro at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed via WhatsApp prior to the appointment.

  • Accepted payment methods typically include cash, Zelle, Venmo, or Cash App (as confirmed during coordination).

  • A travel fee may apply for locations beyond a standard radius. This will be communicated and agreed upon during the WhatsApp coordination

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: To receive a full refund or avoid charges, the Client must cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment start time. For example: for a 12:00 PM session, cancellation must be made by 9:59 AM.

  • Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment, or if the Therapist is denied entry at the scheduled time, will result in a 100% charge of the service price.

4. Client Responsibilities & Conduct

  • The Client must provide a safe, clean, and private space for the session (e.g., adequate room for the massage table, reasonable temperature, and a quiet environment).

  • The Client must disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or contraindications prior to the session. The massage is for therapeutic and wellness purposes only.

  • Sandra Navarro maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for any form of harassment, inappropriate behavior, or solicitation. The session will be terminated immediately in such cases, with full payment due, and no future services will be provided.

5. Right to Refuse Service

Sandra Navarro may refuse or terminate a session immediately, without refund, if:

  • The Client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

  • The Client's behavior is inappropriate, threatening, or violates professional boundaries.

  • The environment is deemed unsafe or unsanitary.

  • The Client has a contagious illness or a condition that makes massage contraindicated.

6. Liability Release

The Client understands that massage therapy is not a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment. The Client agrees to hold Sandra Navarro, operating as Massages On Wheels, harmless from any injury, loss, or damage arising from the session, except in cases of proven gross negligence.

7. Privacy

Contact information shared via the website or WhatsApp will be used solely by Sandra Navarro for the purpose of scheduling and conducting the service and will not be shared with third parties.
